Yacht Club was built on a simple observation: almost everyone who talks to a yacht owner about value has something to sell. A broker earns on the transaction. A management company earns on retention. An appraiser hired by a buyer works for the buyer.
We work for none of that. Yacht Club doesn’t list yachts, doesn’t take commissions, and doesn’t represent buyers or sellers. Our only product is an honest number, delivered to the person who owns the boat.
Where the data comes from
Every assessment draws on tracked pricing history across comparable vessels — asking prices, reductions, and where available, closed sale figures. Not a single broker’s gut feeling. Not a marketing valuation designed to win a listing.
